Over on Jaiku we wanted to make it easy to check if any of your contacts are already members, since it's so annoying to have to invite everyone by hand. You can currently run a check on your contacts in .csv and .txt formats (or against tiyr GTalk/JAbber/Hotmail account) and we're working to support other formats too.
